How long does it take for tracking information to become available?

UPDATE: Due to the COVID crisis, tracking information is taking longer to be available.

Tracking information is typically available within 1-2 business days of your purchase. It will be sent to your Playground Sessions account email on file. 

If your keyboard bundle was ordered during a U.S. holiday, tracking information might not be available for 3-4 business days.
