If you are asked to submit a screenshot of the issue you are encountering, make sure the file format is a .PNG or .JPEG (JPG) file as these files are always much less than 1 MB in size.
If you would like to submit a screen capture video of the issue, your file will most likely exceed the attachment size limit. In this case, it is best to upload your video to either Google Drive or Dropbox, then send the link in an email response to one of our customer support representatives. Before sending the link, make sure that "link sharing" is enabled on the file.
