As a Playground Sessions user, you're allowed to access Playground on up to 2 devices at any time. When attempting to log into a 3rd device, you'll receive the "device limit" error message. To remove one of your 2 devices, allowing you to then access your account using your current device:
- Visit your account's installation page here: https://www.playgroundsessions.com/my-account/installations
- Click on the "De-Activate" link next to the device that you'd like removed from your account
Once the device has been removed, you're then free to log in to Playground Sessions without receiving the "device limit" error message.
