How long does it take for tracking information to become available, and when can I expect the delivery?

Tracking information is typically available within 1-2 business days of your purchase. It will be sent to your Playground Sessions account email on file. 

If your keyboard bundle was ordered during a major U.S. holiday, tracking information might not be available for 3-4 business days. 

When ordering a keyboard bundle, please allow 5-7 business days for your keyboard to arrive. Delivery time during U.S. holidays might extend the delivery to 5-10 business days.
