How do I activate my Family Plan accounts?

When purchasing a Playground Sessions Family Plan, you'll receive an activation code for each account in your plan. Each code must be redeemed on our website before its corresponding membership will begin.

To activate the code for your account:

1. Visit our code redemption page
2. If you're not already logged into your Playground Sessions account, log in
3. At the bottom of the page, input an activation code (for instructions on how to find your activation codes, click here)
4. Click the "Confirm & Redeem" button

Your account is now activated!

To activate your additional account(s), follow these steps:

1. Visit our website
2. Log out of your account by clicking on the "Sign Out" link in the top-right corner
3. After logging out, visit our redemption page
4. Using the right side of the screen, create a new account for your additional Family Plan user
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter an unused activation code (codes that have been used will say "Redeemed")
6. Click the "Confirm & Redeem" button

Repeat these steps for any other accounts that you'd like to activate.
