All users in family plans require unique email and usernames. If you accidentally redeemed all codes to one account please email email@example.com with the following:
- The purchaser account credentials (email and username). You can also provide the Site Order Number.
- The email(s) and username(s) for the account(s) that need to be activated. Please create these first before contacting our support team.
The support agent will then be able to configure the term limits for the additional accounts.
