If you're having trouble getting sound from your app, try walking through the troubleshoots below.
Mac Troubleshoots:
- Open the Playground App and go to Edit - User Settings.
- Click "Show Advanced Settings" and open Devices - Output.
- Try to alter the "Device Type" and "Device".
- Set "Sample Rate" to 44100.
If the above does not work for you, simply try to uninstall the app from your computer and reinstall it.

Windows Troubleshoots:
- Open the Playground App and go to Edit - User Settings.
- Click "Show Advanced Settings" and open Devices - Output.
- Try to alter the "Device Type" and "Device". You might need to try multiple combinations of Device Type and Device before you can hear the audio.
- "Device Type" on Window includes some or all of the following:
- ASIO
- ASIO4ALL - Download driver HERE.
- Direct Sound
- Windows Audio
- Windows Audio Exclusive Mode
- "Device Type" on Window includes some or all of the following:
- Set "Sample Rate" to 44100.
If the above does not work for you, simply try to uninstall the app from your computer and reinstall it.

iPad/iPhone Troubleshoots:
- Ensure your device is not on "Silent Mode".
- Open the Playground App and go to Settings > Keyboard & Volumes.
- Adjust the volume for the Backing Track.
