When using Playground Sessions on a Windows device, you must make sure that Playground is the only music application running.
Playground Sessions will crash or freeze if you have other music applications running in the background. This includes all music software that links to your MIDI keyboard, including digital audio workstations (DAWs), music learning apps, music notation software, and web-based music programs.
To fix this issue, close any music applications that are open, restart your device, then open Playground Sessions.
**Be sure that your music programs aren't configured to automatically launch once your device starts. Also, check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure that none of your applications are launching via Bluetooth.
