A video lesson is not playing in the computer app. How can I fix this?

1. Go to Help - Clear Playground Data.
2. Check the boxes that say "Clear Lesson Data" and "Clear Lesson Assets".
3. Click Submit and then close the app when prompted.
4. Download the lesson again.

Note, all of your previously downloaded lessons will no longer be downloaded, but all of your progress will still be saved.
